Process happens whether or not we are intentionally participating. I feel as though I learn this lesson daily. It can be taking the time to watch how I greet the day, or it can be the ways in which I choose to engage with or dissociate from my surroundings.

Through the past few years, I've been recording sketches of songs to help me process. The pieces in this album come together as a retrospective for me of the past three years of processing a lifetime of experiences.
